Job summary

Touching Hearts at Home of North Houston is actively hiring Caregivers and CNAs to provide compassionate, one-on-one care to seniors in the comfort of their homes. You’ll support independence and well-being while building a meaningful caregiving career in home care.

We offer flexible shift opportunities, including day, evening, and overnight, with quick start and ongoing training. If you’re dependable, punctual, and focused on consistent client relationships, this role is for you.

Qualifications

• Own reliable personal transportation required.
• Pass background check and drug screening.
• Experience delivering one-on-one home care is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care (bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting).
• Assist with safe transfers and fall prevention.
• Offer companionship and memory care support.
• Assist with light housekeeping and meal preparation.
• Provide medication reminders.
• Coordinate transportation and errands for clients.

What You'll Do

Help seniors maintain their comfort, dignity, and independence by assisting with:

• Personal care, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting
• Safe transfers and fall prevention
• Companionship and memory care support
• Light housekeeping and meal preparation
• Medication reminders
• Transportation and errands

What We're Looking For

Your own reliable personal transportation (required)

Dependable, punctual, and committed to scheduled shifts

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

At least 1 year of caregiving experience preferred

Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
