Job summary

BK Healthcare Management is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to deliver ABA services across Nebraska with a hybrid work setup. You will conduct assessments, create treatment plans, supervise technicians, and partner with families to drive progress.

The role supports mainly remote work, requiring one in-person visit per month, and offers guidance, licensure support, and ongoing clinical supervision for professional growth.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
• Eligible for Nebraska BCBA licensure or willing to obtain.
• Experience providing ABA services to individuals with autism or developmental disabilities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Provide supervision and clinical guidance to behavior technicians implementing programs.
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Collaborate with caregivers and interdisciplinary teams to support treatment goals.

We are seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children and families throughout Nebraska. This is a hybrid position, allowing clinicians to work primarily remotely while completing one required in-person visit per month.
