Job summary

ALTA Language Services, Inc. is seeking Testing Evaluators to support on-demand language proficiency testing. This remote, part-time role involves interacting with examinees in the evaluator's native language, using secure scoring procedures, and maintaining confidentiality across tests.

Paid training is provided. Evaluators must handle repetitive tasks, meet data-entry requirements, and collaborate with the testing department as needed.

Qualifications

• Native fluency in the target language (target language appears in job title).
• College degree, with strong English proficiency.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel).

Responsibilities

• Perform the test in a professional manner.
• Follow the process to perform the tasks.
• Adhere to the guidelines to score the tests.
• Enter the data on the testing platform in a timely manner.
• Provide comments and concerns to the testing department.
• Perform pilot tests.
• Create and review test items.
• Perform other similar duties requested by the Operations and Development Testing department.
