Job summary

YogaSix Wexford is seeking a dedicated Yoga Teacher for Heated Vinyasa & Sculpt classes. You will guide energizing sessions, foster a welcoming space, and connect with students to support their growth in a community-driven studio.

We value coaching, ongoing training, and team collaboration, with opportunities to advance to lead teacher roles within the YogaSix network.

Qualifications

• Minimum 200-hour Yoga Alliance certification for yoga classes.
• Group fitness certification and experience for Sculpt and Core (Mat Pilates) classes.
• 1+ years of teaching experience preferred.
• Current CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Arrive 15 to 30 minutes before class to prepare the room and greet students.
• Set up space including props, mat spacing, music, lighting, temperature.
• Learn names and check in on how students are feeling.
• Lead safe, energizing classes that follow YogaSix standards.
• Offer encouragement and options so every student leaves empowered.
• Deliver a high-quality experience so students know what to expect.
• Follow up with students after class to celebrate wins and invite them back.
• Help keep the studio clean, safe, and inviting for next class.
• Build community by showing up for studio events and supporting teammates.
• Participate in coaching and ongoing training to keep growing as a teacher.

Reports to: Lead Teacher
Location: YogaSix Wexford, Wexford Plaza, Whole Foods Shopping Center (10672 Perry Highway, Wexford, PA 15090)
