Hot 8 Yoga is seeking TEAM8s to support front-desk and studio operations in San Francisco, CA. You will welcome students, check them in, and help maintain a clean, organized space between classes.

This role includes working in 4-day block schedules with 4–6 hour shifts, contributing to a positive guest experience. Ideal candidates enjoy yoga, have 1 year of sales or customer service experience, are tech-savvy, and comfortable with MINDBODY software.

Qualifications

• Sales experience preferred.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Proficient with computers.
• Familiar with MINDBODY software.

Responsibilities

• Check in students with positivity.
• Know client’s names.
• Clean the studio mirrors and reset props.
• Attend monthly TEAM8 meetings.
• Take unlimited classes and workshops.
• Assist with daily operations and customer flow.
