YogaSix Palo Alto is seeking dedicated Pilates & Sculpt teachers to grow their practice and teach Vinyasa‑based heated yoga, sculpt, and Pilates classes in a welcoming studio in Palo Alto. Staff are employees, with a focus on development and growth within a supportive team.

Ideal candidates are outgoing, able to connect with diverse students, and committed to ongoing learning. Minimum 200‑hour Yoga Alliance certification and CPR certification are required, with teaching experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 200 hour Yoga Alliance Certification.
• Current CPR Certification.
• 1+ years teaching experience preferred.
• Outgoing personality with strong client service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Arrive to studio at least 15 minutes before class start time.
• Create a personal connection with each student.
• Deliver class that reflects your personality while following YogaSix standards for six core class types.
• Set up classroom with props, spacing, music and lighting.
• Provide top-notch instruction.
• Follow up with students after class.
• Keep studio space clean.
• Build community and connection.

Pilates & Sculpt Teacher for Vinyasa-Based Heated Yoga, Sculpt & Pilates Studio in Palo Alto

Job Responsibilities:

• Arrive to studio a minimum of 15 minutes prior to class start time
• Create a personal connection with each student
• Create a class experience that shows your personality and skills while adhering to the Yoga Six standards and guidelines for each of the six core class types
• Set up classroom appropriately: Props, Mat Spacing, Music, Lighting
• Provide top notch class instruction
• Follow up with students after class
• Clean studio space
• Build community and connection

Position Requirements:

• Genuine ability to connect with complete strangers on a personal level
• Willingness to grow and remain a student forever
• A sense of humor
• Demonstrate the ability to teach a safe, fun, and creative class with a genuine interest in student success, whether novice or seasoned practitioner
• Minimum 200 hour Yoga Alliance Certification
• Or other fitness certification for Sculpt-only or Pilates classes
• 1+ years teaching experience preferred
• Current CPR Certification
