Job summary

Elevation Health is seeking a Part-time Yoga/Pilates Instructor to lead adult group classes in the Movement Room at a luxury residential fitness amenity in West Sacramento, CA. You will teach Yoga and Mat Pilates formats and coordinate morning or evening sessions with clients.

Qualified candidates have teaching experience, current First Aid/CPR/AED, and a Mat Pilates certification; COI is required. This role supports community wellness initiatives in a premium fitness setting.

Qualifications

• Experience teaching group fitness classes.
• Current First Aid/CPR/AED certification is required.
• Mat Pilates Certification strongly preferred.
• Certificate of Liability Insurance (COI) is required.

Responsibilities

• Teach Yoga/Mat Pilates classes to adults during the agreed upon days/times.
• Maintain clear lines of communication between Elevation Health and the client.
• Offer innovative group exercise classes and programming.
• Ensure safe exercise environment by adhering to class capacity limits.
• Take attendance every class utilizing Elevation Health Platform.
