Qualifications

• 200-hour yoga teacher training with ongoing continuing education.
• Current CPR/AED certification must be active.
• High School diploma preferred.
• Excellent oral communication, professionalism, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in computer applications.
• Ability to lead students in physical activity for up to 1.5 hours.
• Ability to work in heated classes up to 104 degrees for 60 minutes.
• Assigned a home studio and supporting studios for teaching and community growth.
• Ability to move around the studio, crouch, bend, reach, and lift up to 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Teach a minimum of two CorePower Yoga classes per week for at least 4 hours.
• Educate students on alignment and offer posture modifications.
• Arrive 30 minutes before and stay 30 minutes after to read communications, plan classes, and engage with students.
• Support students’ personal growth and CPY initiatives.
• Welcome students, check in, handle front desk duties and POS transactions.
• Perform cleaning tasks per CPY Smart Health Protocol.
• Act as in-studio ambassador for CPY initiatives and business streams (memberships, programming, lifestyle programs, retail).
• Assigned a home studio and supporting studios for teaching and community growth.
• Move around the studio and lift up to 25 lbs.
