Job summary

CorePower Yoga, LLC in New York is seeking an enthusiastic instructor to deliver an exceptional student experience. You will check in students, guide CPY-aligned classes, and support each participant in living their power with safety and care.

The role emphasizes welcoming communication, ongoing professional development, and contributing to a warm, inclusive studio culture. A 200-hour yoga training plus CPR certification is required, with opportunities for continued education.

Qualifications

• Prior to June 2020: 200-hour yoga teacher training plus 50 hours CE for C1, C2, HPF, and Hot Formats or Yoga Sculpt plus 40 hours CE.
• After June 2020: 200-hour yoga teacher training (in person/online) or CorePower Yoga Online training plus 50HR Yoga Sculpt Intensive.

Responsibilities

• Teach at least two CorePower Yoga classes per week (minimum 4 studio hours).
• Educate students on alignment and provide appropriate modifications.
• Be in-studio 30 minutes before/after classes to read communications and plan.
• Engage with students 30 minutes before/after class to support growth.
• Answer front desk duties, greet students, process POS transactions.
• Maintain CPY safety and cleanliness per protocols.
• Act as in-studio ambassador for CPY initiatives.
