Job summary

CorePower Yoga is seeking an enthusiastic instructor to deliver welcoming class experiences and guide students through CPY-aligned sessions. You will manage front desk duties, check-ins, and support community growth while upholding CPY values.

Responsibilities include teaching multiple classes weekly, ensuring student safety, and maintaining a positive studio environment. A current CPR/AED certification and a 200-hour yoga teacher training (or equivalent) are required.

Qualifications

• CPR/AED certification is required.
• High School diploma is preferred.
• Excellent oral communication and strong interpersonal skills are essential.
• Proficiency in computer applications.
• Ability to lead students in physical activity for up to 1.5 hours.
• Ability to work in heated environments up to 104°F for 60 minutes.

Responsibilities

• Teach a minimum of two CorePower Yoga classes per week for at least 4 hours in studio.
• Educate students on alignment and provide appropriate modifications.
• Be at the studio 30 minutes before/after classes for prep and community engagement.
• Engage with students 30 minutes before/after class to support growth and community initiatives.
• Check-in students, handle front desk duties and POS transactions.
• Perform cleaning tasks to maintain CPY health protocols.
• Represent CPY initiatives and studio programs in daily operations.
