Job summary

CorePower Yoga is seeking an instructor to deliver an exceptional student experience, welcoming attendees at check-in, guiding CPY-aligned classes, and supporting each student’s personal growth. The role emphasizes accessibility, safety, and alignment with CPY values.

You will engage with students before and after class, maintain a welcoming studio environment, and uphold health protocols while contributing to community growth and CPY initiatives.

Qualifications

• Current CPR/AED certification required.
• High School diploma preferred.
• Excellent oral communication skills, professionalism, and strong interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in computer applications.
• Ability to lead students in physical activity for up to 1.5 hours.
• Move around studio, crouch, bend, reach, and lift up to 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Teach a minimum of two CorePower Yoga classes per week (at least 4 hours in studio).
• Educate students on alignment and offer modifications.
• Be in studio 30 minutes before/after class to prepare and connect with students.
• Greet students, check them in, handle POS transactions and front desk duties.
• Maintain studio cleanliness and CPY health protocols.
• Contribute to a positive, supportive studio environment and CPY initiatives.
• Act as in-studio ambassador for CPY programs including All Access Memberships, retail, etc.
