Job summary

Exos Partners, LLC is seeking a dynamic Yoga Instructor in Wilmington, Delaware for a part-time position. You will lead engaging group classes for members of all fitness levels, ensuring safety and enjoyment.

You will tailor routines, provide modifications, stay current with trends, and foster an inclusive, motivating environment. Certification requirements include CPR/AED and a national group fitness credential; First Aid preferred; branded formats require licensed training.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of experience actively leading successful group exercise classes.
• Current nationally accredited group exercise certification (e.g. AFAA, ACE, ACSM, NETA) required.
• Current CPR/AED certification is mandatory; First Aid certification is strongly preferred.
• Instructors teaching licensed/branded formats (e.g. Zumba, Yoga) must also be trained and licensed to teach those specific formats.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to motivate and inspire individuals in a group setting.
• Passion for fitness and promoting a healthy lifestyle.
