The YMCA Arlington is seeking a Summer Camp Assistant Program Director to lead daily operations of our summer day camp program and support a positive, enriching environment for children.

Qualifications

• GED or college degree.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience working primarily with preschool, school age, or summer camp children.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and administrative skills.
• Must be able to effectively communicate with children, parents, and staff.

Position: Summer Camp Assistant Program Director Salary: $45,000.00

The YMCA Arlington is currently seeking an experience professional to join our team as the Summer Camp Assistant Program Director. Our ideal candidate is able to maintain high expectations while also ensuring a fun, and positive environment daily!The Assistant Program Director oversees the Summer Camp program.

Some of the exciting things you will do as the School Age & Summer Camp Program Director:

• The Assistant Program Director will manage the daily operations of the summer day camp programs.
