Micron is expanding its Boise manufacturing team and seeks a Yield Analysis Engineer to drive data-driven yield improvements. You will monitor yields, analyze data, and apply AI-enabled methods to identify root causes and guide corrective actions across PI, FA, and PE teams.

The role requires a solid background in semiconductor physics, data analysis, and collaboration across engineering groups, with opportunities to deploy automation to boost productivity and yield performance.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, Physics, or related field.
• 3+ years of semiconductor manufacturing experience.
• 2+ years with data analysis tools like JMP or Python.
• Experience using AI/ML or generative AI to enhance data analysis.

Aufgaben

• Monitor probe yields and trends to identify yield excursions.
• Perform advanced data analysis and develop yield paretos.
• Apply statistical methods and data-mining techniques for root causes.
• Collaborate with Failure Analysis, Process Integration, and Process Engineering teams.
• Develop and share best practices and automation solutions.
