BullsEye Jobs in Wisconsin Dells is hiring lifeguards for a full-time year-round position at a premier waterpark. You will supervise guests, enforce rules, and maintain a safe environment in indoor/outdoor spaces with on-site housing options available.

Responsibilities include monitoring pool areas, handling safety protocols, assisting guests, and keeping facilities clean and organized. Red Cross Lifeguard Training is provided, and English communication is essential for guest service.

Qualifications

• Strong swimming ability and fitness required.
• Must pass swim test and Red Cross Lifeguard Training (provided).
• Must communicate effectively in English.
• Able to work indoors and outdoors in varying temperatures.
• Flexible to work weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Supervise guests in all pool and waterpark areas.
• Enforce all waterpark rules and safety regulations.
• Watch for hazardous situations and respond quickly.
• Promote a fun, safe, and relaxing atmosphere for guests.
• Assist guests and team members as needed.
• Maintain pool and deck areas and hygiene.
• Remove debris from pools and decks.
• Keep towels stocked and assist with laundry as needed.
• Ensure safety equipment is stored properly and in good condition.
