Home Genius Exteriors is seeking experienced subcontractor crews for ongoing residential exterior projects in the Chicago area. We value quality craftsmanship, reliability, and customer satisfaction and offer consistent work volume with prompt payment.

We are hiring for vinyl and hardie siding installations, metal roofing, asphalt shingle roofing, gutter work, and fascia & soffit tasks with strong support from an organized project team.

Qualifications

• Active General Liability Insurance (minimum $1,000,000 coverage).
• Proven trade experience with reliable crews.
• Own tools, equipment, and transportation.
• Professional references from recent installations.
• Commitment to maintaining a clean and safe job site.
• Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship.

Responsibilities

• Install vinyl siding, hardie siding, metal roofing, and shingles as directed.
• Coordinate with project managers and ensure quality workmanship.
• Maintain safety and cleanliness on active job sites.
• Provide reliable crew management and timely communication.
