Job summary

Express Employment Professionals in North Liberty, IA is seeking Construction General Laborers for a year-long assignment on a large project. You'll work closely with the project superintendent and team to keep the site organized, safe, and moving forward with full-time hours starting around 7:00–8:00 AM.

Responsibilities include material handling, site cleanup, loading/unloading, and supporting crews as priorities change.

Qualifications

• Must be dependable and able to report to work consistently.
• Must be comfortable in an active construction environment.
• Physically capable of lifting, bending, standing and walking all day.
• Ability to follow directions and adapt as priorities change.
• Flexible, team-oriented attitude and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Organize, move, and stage construction materials on site.
• Assist with general construction cleanup and debris removal.
• Load, unload, and relocate materials as needed.
• Sweep and prepare work areas for different phases.
• Assist crews with basic labor tasks and project needs.
• Follow instructions from the superintendent and complete tasks.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe jobsite.
• Support ongoing duties as the project progresses.
