Young Life is seeking a Year-Long Intern who will serve Christ and others while gaining diverse, hands-on experience across departments in camp settings. Interns contribute to the ministry by leading with excellence, developing Christ-like relationships, and growing in their leadership and personal faith.

Participants must be willing to fundraise a portion of their salary and will receive medical, dental, and vision benefits as part of full-time employment.

Qualifications

• Belief in the mission of Young Life and willingness to grow in Christ.
• Ability to lead and serve others with excellence in a camp setting.
• Genuine desire to develop as a leader in ministry.
• Commitment to full term of the internship and fundraising expectations.

Responsabilités

• Work across multiple departments (Maintenance, Landscaping, Retail, Food Service, Housekeeping, Administration, Guest Services).
• Assist staff and volunteers with project tasks and ministry needs.
• Represent Young Life positively in the camp community.
