Qualifications

This role works closely with operations personnel, customers, and site leadership to manage railcar movement, loading coordination, reporting, and operational communication throughout the shift.This position combines operational oversight with administrative coordination in a fast-paced industrial environment. Responsibilities include maintaining train logs, tracking railcar status, coordinating loading activity, handling documentation, and communicating movement instructions through radio and reporting systems.The ideal candidate is organized, safety-focused, and comfortable managing multiple priorities while working both indoors and outdoors in an active rail yard environment.
