Job summary

Riverhead Building Supply is seeking a Yardman to support deliveries, yard work, and material handling. You will operate a Box Truck to deliver millwork, cabinetry and other building materials to customers, while loading, unloading, and stocking inventory.

The role requires CDL-B, ELDT Driver Training if applicable, and the ability to lift heavy loads. Forklift operation is also required; local routes only with family-friendly hours and benefits.

Qualifications

• Operation of Box Trucks for delivering Millwork, Cabinetry and building materials.
• Heavy lifting required for material handling and loading/unloading.
• Forklift operation is required.

Responsibilities

• Make deliveries and assist in the yard.
• Load and unload materials and stock, and prepare orders for customers.
• Local deliveries only; no over-the-road travel; home for dinner.

For compliance purposes for RI transparency, the expected salary is $26.00 .

This does not represent total compensation. Total compensation includes overtime, fully funded benefits, retirement contribution, and more. Compensation will be based on experience and other factors permitted by law.
