Springfield Plastics, Inc. is seeking Yard Workers to fill openings in our production yard in AUBURN, ILLINOIS. The best candidates for this position are hard workers, have great attendance, work well in teams, love working outdoors year‑round and stay on task.

Job Duties

• Operate forklift (previous experience preferred)
• Move production
• Load semi‑trailers and walk‑in customers
• Stack production items in the yard
• Maintain company grounds
• Box orders
• Clean and bag fittings
• Other tasks as assigned

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license with no restrictions
• Keep up in a fast‑paced environment
• Lift 75 lbs.
• Work in a team atmosphere while staying on task
• Be able to push, pull, squat, bend, stretch, crawl, stand, and climb during shift
• Be able to complete repetitive motions with hands, arms, feet, legs and back during shift
• Tolerant to all types of outdoor conditions
• Make attendance a top priority
• Follow detailed instructions
