Job summary

US LBM is seeking an entry-level Yard/Warehouse Rep I in Denver to receive, stock, ship, and count inventory, and to safely operate a forklift. The role supports warehouse teams and maintains organized bays while following safety procedures.

Requirements include a High School Diploma or GED and a willingness to learn. On-the-job training is provided, with opportunities for growth to higher yard/warehouse roles.

Qualifications

• Basic math skills, ability to read orders, and write instructions and complete forms.
• Ability to learn to read a tape measure.
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers, other employees and supervisors.
• Proficiency with or the ability to learn current technologies (e.g. Smartphone, Inventory Control Systems).

Responsibilities

• Operate safely and efficiently in a warehouse environment.
• Receive, stock, and count inventory; assist with shipping and order preparation.
• Maintain organized bays and staging areas; support inventory control activities.
• Provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers.
• Operate forklift with foot and hand controls and assist with loading orders.
