Job summary

Ridout Lumber and Meek’s, divisions of US LBM Holdings, is seeking an entry-level Yard/Warehouse Rep I in Arkansas. The role involves receiving, stocking, shipping, and counting inventory while safely operating a forklift to move lumber and building materials.

You will support a positive work environment, assist with organization, and provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers. A high school diploma or GED is required, with basic math and clear communication skills

Qualifications

• Basic math, reading orders, and writing instructions are required.
• Ability to read a tape measure and communicate clearly with customers and coworkers.
• Proficiency with inventory systems or willingness to learn is essential.

Responsibilities

• Operate safely.
• Receive incoming products and stock materials.
• Provide excellent customer service.
• Count and record receipt of materials.
• Stock materials in appropriate bins or storage locations.
• Assist inventory control in counting and organizing warehouse materials.
• Maintain clean bays and staging areas.
• Operate forklift with foot and hand controls.
• May use forklift to build outgoing orders or load orders onto delivery equipment.
• Monitor inventory as required by location management.
