Job summary

Ditch Witch West in Corona, CA is seeking a Yard/Utility Person to join Papé Group. This entry-level role offers upward mobility, training, and a path to advance within the store as you gain experience.

You will support shipping/receiving, keep the yard organized, perform equipment checks, basic mechanical tasks, and assist multiple departments. Competitive pay and generous benefits accompany growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Self-starter who can work without direct supervision.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to frequently lift and move 50 lbs.
• Standard Counterbalance forklift experience.
• Driver’s license with a good driving record.
• Assist the Parts, Service and Sales departments.

Responsibilities

• Manage shipping and receiving needs in a fast-paced setting.
• Keep yard and equipment organized, clean and ready for customers.
• Perform equipment check-ins, steam clean, wash and fuel as needed.
• Carry out light mechanical work and daily forklift inspections.
• Deliver and/or pick up parts and goods.
