Job summary

Domino's in Michigan is hiring a Yard Driver to reposition company tractors and trailers in the yard, backing to docks and shuttling between the yard and logistic partners. The hourly rate is $23.00, with a 10 AM to 6 PM shift (Sunday-Thursday).

The role requires a valid Class A CDL with Air Brakes, at least 21 years old, and CMV experience. You will inspect equipment, document defects, maintain DVIR booklets, and adhere to safety policies while supporting the warehouse team and drivers.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Six months of verifiable CMV driving experience, one year preferred.
• Must have valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License [CDL] w Air Brakes.
• Must maintain a DOT Med Cert
• Must always meet the defined MVR standards to remain qualified to drive company commercial motor vehicle
• Must successfully pass a background check every third year on your anniversary date
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, holidays, and short notice.

Responsibilities

• Move and reposition tractors and trailers in the yard and at docks.
• Back trailers to dock doors and shuttle to/from logistic suppliers.
• Monitor trailer temperatures for refrigerated products.
• Document vehicle defects in the DVCR booklet and report maintenance needs.
• Follow Domino's safety rules and uniform standards.
• Attend safety meetings and training sessions.
