Lowe's is hiring a Yard Driver Team Member to ensure the timely and safe movement of trailers within our distribution center. You will support receiving, putting away, picking and shipping while adhering to safety standards and improving overall facility efficiency.

Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work independently or with a team are valued as you help us meet KPI targets and maintain high quality in product handling. This role offers shift flexibility.

Qualifications

• Strong safety orientation and compliance with safety requirements.
• Reliable on-the-job contributor with consistency.
• Ability to work independently or with a team.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Experience in distribution center operations or warehouse work.
• Experience operating power equipment such as forklift, reach truck, yard truck, scrubbing sweeper.
• Basic math and reading comprehension.
• Basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Move trailers safely and efficiently per requests from appliance, shipping, and receiving.
• Cross-train in receiving, putting away, picking and shipping within a distribution center.
• Support the visitor center personnel.
• Maintain product quality through proper handling.
• Contribute to achieving KPI metrics.
