Job summary

Paul's Auto Yard is seeking a yard technician to dismantle vehicles and equipment, extracting catalytic converters and other nonferrous metals. You will ensure proper material segregation and help maintain inventory records and movement. Strong attention to safety and regulatory compliance is essential.

The role requires experience with a cutting torch and hand tools, and the ability to work in a fast-paced salvage yard while upholding safety standards and customer/vendor relations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• At least 1 year experience using a cutting torch and other hand tools to dismantle vehicles and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all materials are properly segregated
• Assist in maintaining accurate inventory records and tracking the movement of materials
