Job summary

EquipmentShare in Carlin, NV is hiring a Yard Technician to keep our rental yard organized, inspect equipment, document movement, and support routine maintenance and cleaning. You’ll be part of a fast‑paced team that values safety and customer experience.

Schedule is Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–5:00 PM with overtime after 40 hours and potential on‑call duties. Applicants should have a high school diploma, safety training, a valid driver's license, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• Safety training and PPE required for the role.
• Occasional lifting up to 50 lbs may be required.
• Valid driver's license is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and report equipment condition before and after usage.
• Document incoming and outgoing equipment.
• Assist with routine inspections, repairs, maintenance and equipment cleaning.
• Demonstrate, load and unload equipment.
• Maintain equipment inventory systems according to SOPs.
• Keep yard and shop clean according to company standards.
• Maintain a safe and hazard-free workplace.
• Represent EquipmentShare's culture and uphold customer experience.
• Assist with other duties as assigned by the General Manager.
