Herc Rentals in San Mateo, CA is seeking a Yard Technician to load/unload, verify tickets, and keep heavy equipment clean and organized. You will stage equipment for drivers, perform safety checks, and assist customers with equipment selection and operation guidance.

This role offers a springboard to Driver, Mechanic, ProSales Associate, and Sales and Operations Coordinator roles. A valid driver's license is required.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

What you will do...

• Help to load and unload internal truck drivers, outside haulers and customers

Requirements

• A valid driver's license with a clean driving record

• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel

• Ability to perform repetitive tasks, including stretching, turning, twisting, and reaching overhead
• Ability to bend, crouch, squat, kneel, and stoop for extended periods

Pay Range:$25.00-$28.00 per hour
