Job summary

EquipmentShare in Monaca, PA is hiring a Yard Technician to keep the storage yard in top condition and support daily facility operations. You will handle laundry tasks, maintain inventories, and support a safe, efficient yard environment.

The role requires being on-site, with schedule Monday–Friday 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM and possible overtime; on-call duties may apply with extra compensation.

Qualifications

• Must have safety training and PPE where applicable.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Launder flame resistant clothing.
• Document incoming and outgoing laundry.
• Maintain equipment inventory systems per SOPs.
• Keep yard and shop clean according to company standards.
• Maintain a safe and hazard-free workplace.
• Advocate EquipmentShare’s culture and strong customer experience.
• Assist General Manager with other duties.

Yard Technicians are responsible for helping the rental facility keep their storage yard in top shape by helping with maintenance and every day tasks of a rental facility.

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and offers overtime pay after working 40 hours. (This role is subject to on-call scheduling with additional compensation provided)

Primary Responsibilities

• Launder Flame Resistant Clothing
• Document incoming and outgoing laundry
• Maintain equipment inventory systems according to standard operating procedures
• Serve as responsible for general yard and shop cleanup in accordance with company standards
• Maintain a safe and hazard-free workplace
• Serve as an advocate for EquipmentShare’s culture and uphold our high standards of customer experience
• Assist with various other duties as assigned by the General Manager
