Job summary

Fabcon in Ohio is hiring Yard Laborers to join our team. This entry-level role offers paid training, steady hours, and a path to advancement as you learn our precast concrete operations.

You will work outdoors, handle materials, move products, and help prepare items for shipping. No experience required; we train you and promote from within.

Qualifications

• No experience required — we train you.
• Willingness to learn and work as part of a team.
• Comfortable working outdoors in different weather conditions.
• Reliable attendance and safe work habits.
• Ability to work overtime when needed.
• Experience around heavy equipment is a plus, but not required.
