Job summary

Federal Express Corporation is seeking an interview-position employee to assist with movements of trailers and yard operations. You may also lift, load, unload, and sort packages safely by hand during shifts.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or educational equivalent.
• Must possess a valid driver\'s license and have a good driving record.
• Six (6) months of experience as a package handler or switching/CDL operator preferred.
• In the province of Quebec, must be bilingual (French and English).

Responsibilities

• Move trailers to/from unload/load doors and throughout the yard.
• Load, unload and/or sort packages by hand with safe handling.
• Utilize hand-to-surface methods for package handling and operate with safety.
• Select conveyor system by scanning packages, reading labels and charts, and sorting accordingly.
