Job summary

PCL Construction Services, Inc. in Ventura, CA is seeking a Yard Supervisor to lead safe, efficient yard operations supporting California Buildings projects.

You will oversee material handling, equipment usage, inventory accuracy and collaborate with procurement, HSE and site teams to keep projects on track. Key responsibilities include implementing safe work procedures, supervising crew, maintaining equipment and inventory, coordinating with vendors, and fostering a strong safety culture while

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Appropriate certificates required for movement of construction related- materials considered an asset.
• 5 years of supply chian, logistics, warehouse, or construction industry experience.
• Direct supervisory experience required.
• Advanced knowledge of equipment, maintenance, and equipment operations.
• Applies effective planning and allocates resources to address shifting priorities.
• Ensures company specifications, methods, and procedures are followed. Suggests improvements to methods and procedures.
• Identifies risk and makes recommendations to mitigate.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lb. without restrictions.
• Ability to safely operate forklift and other equipment to load/unload material, and mobilize in yard.

The estimated salary range for this role is $83,000 - $$107,000 based on your experience and qualifications. Final compensation will be confirmed as part of a personalized offer.
