• Maneuver and back trailers into loading docks and assist in loading/unloading.
• Follow safety protocols and perform safety checks.
• Use warehouse equipment to load products.
• Perform preventative maintenance on equipment.

Job description

Schedule: Thursday- Sunday

Shift: 11:00 am to 9:00 pm

Position Responsibilities

• Maneuver and back trailers into loading docks, open bay doors, prepare trailer, and assist in loading/unloading product
• Maneuver trailers into parking slips to ensure there is no traffic back up in the yard
• Follow all safety protocols including performing safety checks to secure trailer and operating all equipment in a safe and professional manner
• Use other warehouse equipment to help load products into trailers
• Perform preventative maintenance on equipment, tools, and machinery to ensure they are clean and in good working condition
• Other duties as assigned

Required Education and Experience

• Must be 21 years of age
• Must have a valid Class A driver’s license and 0 to 1 plus years of specific driving experience
• Must be able to lift products from 25 pounds to 50 pounds on a regular basis and up to 170 pounds

Preferred Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or General Education Diploma (GED)
