Job summary

Kighthomecenter is seeking a Yard Associate in Pennsylvania to assist contractors and DIY customers with selecting and loading orders, and to pull and stage materials for pickup or delivery.

You will help maintain yard inventory through cycle counts and keep the yard organized and clean. A forklift may be used, with training and certification available if needed.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience is required.
• Friendly personality and good communication.
• Familiarity with building materials and forklift operation is helpful.
• Must be a team player.
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.

Job description

You will assist contractors and do-it-yourselfers with the selection and loading of their order, pull and stage materials to be picked up and/or delivered, help maintain the inventory in the Yard by conducting cycle counts, and keep the Yard organized and clean. Equipment used includes a forklift and if you have not operated one previously, we will train you and help you attain certification.
