Job summary

Bzak Landscaping, Inc. is seeking a Yard Specialist to operate yard equipment, organize materials, and assist customers in a fast-paced landscape environment. You will help with loading/unloading, shipping/receiving, and ensuring yard cleanliness while maintaining safety standards.

The role requires high school diploma or GED, and 2+ years of skid steer experience are preferred. This full-time position reports to the Site Manager and involves outdoor work hours.

Qualifications

JOB DESCRIPTION

Summary/Objective

The Yard Specialist operates a variety of equipment, including forklifts and skid steers while working in a fast-paced environment. Additionally, the Yard Specialist is responsible for organizing various types of stone, maintaining the cleanliness of the property, shipping and receiving, and assisting customers.

Requirements

Work Environment

While performing the duties of this job, the employee regularly works in outside-weather conditions. The employee frequently works near moving mechanical parts and is frequently exposed to wet or humid conditions and vibration. The employee occasionally works in high, precarious places and is occasionally exposed to fumes or airborne particles, and risks of electrical shock. The noise level in the work environment is usually loud.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work

This is a full-time position. The hours of operation are Monday through Saturday 7am – 6pm, with occasional Sundays required.

Required Education and Experience

Graduation from high school or GED equivalent.

Preferred Education and Experience

2+ years of skid steer experience.

Work Authorization/Security Clearance
