Job summary

Prime is seeking a Yard Hand to assist in day-to-day shop and yard operations. You will help load/unload materials, support operators, and move equipment throughout the facility, while adhering to safety procedures and company culture focused on teamwork and reliability.

Qualifications

• Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions.
• Positive attitude and desire to work as a team player.
• Follow safety procedures including the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment.

Responsibilities

• Assist in loading and unloading materials.
• Assist operators and drivers in the yard and shop.
• Handle and transport materials and equipment within the facility.
• Use power tools and machinery when needed.
• Set out or put away tools when needed.
• Clean up shop and yard free of debris, dirt, and hazards.
• Follow instructions from supervisors to perform tasks.
• Report issues with equipment or unsafe conditions.
