Job summary

84 Lumber Company is hiring a Yard Person to build loads for deliveries and maintain a safe, organized lumber yard. You will load and unload lumber and building supplies and operate a forklift.

Starting pay is $16-$18 per hour with guaranteed weekly OT, rate negotiable based on experience. A high school diploma or GED is required, and candidates must be able to lift up to 80 pounds. PTO, health insurance, and 401(k) with company match are provided.

• Write simple correspondence and communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Build loads for deliveries in the lumber yard.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

Associate is responsible for building loads for deliveries. In addition, the Yard Person Benefits must maintain a safe, clean and well organized lumber yard, load and unload lumber and/or building supplies, and operate a forklift. Other duties as assigned.
