Job summary

Doka USA in Kenilworth, NJ is seeking a Yard Team member to maintain the yard, support production, and ensure safety. You will help with material handling, inventory counts, order fulfillment, and equipment operation in a warehouse setting and outdoor yard.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required; yard/warehouse experience is a plus.
• Willingness to learn, follow instructions, and maintain safety practices and PPE use.

Responsibilities

• Material handling: assist in loading/unloading with forklifts and other equipment.
• Yard maintenance: keep yard clean, organized, and debris-free; assist in setup and prep of work areas.
• Inventory operation and control: monitor and counts of raw materials and finished products; report discrepancies.
• Order fulfillment: help count, select, and prepare materials for delivery or internal use.
• Assist in production: transport materials, tools, and equipment as needed.
• Equipment operation: operate machinery such as skid steers with routine checks.
• Adhere to safety protocols and wear PPE; participate in safety trainings.
• Collaboration: work with welders and fabricators to meet deadlines.
