Position:

Yard Loader Operator in Corvallis, OR

Closes: 04/04/25

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Operate loader to feed A/C and RM plants, manage stockpiles, load highway trucks, maintain yard cleanliness, and equipment upkeep.
• Maintain clean plant areas and yard floor, and ensure equipment is in good condition.
• Work safely and proactively prevent unsafe actions and behaviors.
• Perform miscellaneous duties as assigned by the supervisor.
• Willingness to load at locations with large impact jobs exceeding 5000+ tons per day outside Corvallis.
• Communicate effectively with A/C, R/M, Crushing Plant, and Supervisor teams.

Opportunity to learn additional skills such as operating excavators, dozers, and crushing plants.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Experience in safe and efficient loader operation.
• Positive attitude, teamwork, and ability to follow directions.
• Clean driving record.
• Ability to pass background checks and testing.
