Job summary

84 Lumber Company is hiring for a yard associate to build loads for deliveries and keep a safe, organized lumber yard. You will load and unload lumber and building supplies and operate a forklift while following safety guidelines.

This role offers starting pay of $16–$18 per hour with weekly overtime and opportunities for growth. We promote from within and provide comprehensive benefits including health insurance, PTO, and a 401(k) plan.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to lift up to 80 pounds.
• Experience with forklift operation a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build loads for deliveries.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized lumber yard.
• Load and unload lumber and building supplies.
• Operate a forklift.
• Other duties as assigned.
