Job summary

The Franklin Group Inc. is seeking a Yard Load Builder in Idaho Falls to safely assemble packages from our lumberyard and prepare items for delivery. You will help customers load materials and ensure orders meet specifications with a focus on safety and efficiency.

You will stand at the core of a hands-on team, handling building materials, using basic tools, and supporting stock management while delivering friendly, professional service daily.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Forklift certification or willingness to become certified within 30 days.
• Ability to lift up to 95 lbs and perform physical tasks daily.
• Willingness to learn lumber grades and building materials.
• Ability to work in rough weather and maintain safety.

Responsibilities

• Safely assemble building material packages from lumberyard inventory.
• Load packages onto delivery trucks with care.
• Assist customers in loading materials onto their vehicles.
• Receive and unload materials, maintain stock inventory.
• Keep workspace clean and organized.
• Provide excellent customer service.
