Summary

A Yard Laborer is an hourly-rated position that performs at the American Bridge Company Storehouse Yard any combination of the duties described more fully, below. A Yard Laborer typically performs a wide variety of tasks, transferring from one task to another as the workflow dictates.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• - Work as part of a crew and take direction from supervisors
• - Run heavy equipment and load trucks safely
• - Safely move, load, and unload trucks and trailers
• - Work with operator to load and off load trucks
• - Sorting and storing tools in the warehouse and in container boxes.
• - Filling job tool and small equipment requests. Readying these lists for shipping.
• - Knowledge of tools and their operation.

• - Must be able to legally work in the United States.
• - Must be willing to work in a drug-free environment and agree to a post offer drug test.
• - Must be willing to work safely and keep OSHA recordable incidents to a minimum.
