Lunda Construction Company, A Tutor Perini Company, is seeking a Laborer (Non-Union) for our Rosemount, MN yard. This full-time position supports yard operations, material handling, and general site tasks in a non-union environment.

The role emphasizes teamwork, reliability, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, with pay range $23.00-$28.00 per hour based on experience.

Qualifications

• One (1) or more years Laborer experience preferred.
• Forklift experience a plus.
• Bridgework/construction experience is a plus.
• Must be able to work in a team environment or independently.
• Must be punctual and demonstrate regular attendance.
• Ability to continuously stand or walk.
• Ability to bend, squat, climb stairs and lift frequently.

Responsibilities

• Organize, sort, and clean construction materials.
• Load and unload trucks for transfer to jobsites.
• Maintenance of construction materials and equipment.
• Support carpenter shop for production of formwork.
• Support daily operations in the yard as needed.
• Assist with deliveries to jobsites.
