Job summary

Lunda Construction Company, a Tutor Perini Company, has a great opportunity for a Laborer (Non-Union) to join our team at our Rosemount, MN yard location. This is a Non-Union Position.

Essential duties include organizing, loading/unloading, and maintaining materials; forklift/bridgework experience is a plus. The role supports yard operations and may involve deliveries to jobsites.

Qualifications

• One (1) or more years Laborer experience preferred.
• Forklift experience a plus.
• Bridgework/construction experience is a plus.
• Must be able to work in a team environment or independently.
• Must be punctual and demonstrate regular attendance.
• Ability to continuously stand or walk.
• Ability to bend, squat, climb stairs and lift frequently.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally.

• Load and unload trucks for transfer to jobsites
• Maintenance of construction materials and equipment
• Support carpenter shop for production of formwork
• Support daily operations in the yard as needed

The expected pay range for this position is $23.00 - $28.00 / hour depending on experience.
