This full-time position offers a Monday-Friday schedule with hours that may vary based on operational needs. Compensation starts at $17.50 per hour.

Oil & Gas General Laborer Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor pumps and air compressors.
• Assist with oil and gas field operations and jobsite activities.
• Load and unload trucks, equipment, tools, and materials.
• Move and organize materials throughout the worksite.
• Assist field crews with equipment setup and breakdown.
• Perform physically demanding general labor duties as needed.
• Maintain clean, safe, and organized work areas.
• Follow supervisor instructions and daily work assignments.
• Follow company safety procedures and jobsite requirements.
• Assist with additional oilfield, industrial, and general labor tasks as assigned.

General Laborer Qualifications

• Comfortable working in a variety of work conditions and environments.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to follow instructions and work safely around equipment.
• Dependable attendance and strong work ethic.
• Comfortable performing physical labor throughout the workday.
• Ability to work effectively independently and as part of a field crew.
• Flexible with work hours based on jobsite and operational needs.
• Previous oil and gas, pipeline, industrial, construction, warehouse, or general labor experience is a plus.
• Experience working around pumps, compressors, trucks, or industrial equipment is a plus.
