48forty Solutions, LLC is seeking a Yard Laborer in Lake City, MN to help maintain the yard, warehouse areas, and common spaces. The role includes cleaning responsibilities and ensuring safe, organized conditions on site.

Monday–Friday shifts from 6:30am to 3:00pm, with a starting pay of $17.00 per hour. Responsibilities include debris removal, reporting to plant management, and supporting a clean, safe work environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Attention to detail is required to promote safety for you and others.
• High motivation and ability to work overtime as necessary.

Responsibilities

• Maintain yard, warehouse areas, bathrooms, breakroom and keep areas clean and organized.
• Pick up debris and dispose of garbage properly.
• Communicate with plant management on a regular basis.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
