Job summary

Texas First Rentals is seeking a Supply Associate to handle new merchandise and rental equipment, while maintaining inventory accuracy and safe yard conditions. You will collaborate with internal teams, demonstrate alignment with company values, and support efficient daily operations.

The role requires ability to load/unload equipment, manage inventory, and follow SOPs. A high school diploma is preferred, with prior related experience favored.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Two years of related skill, knowledge, or experience preferred.
• Trade school diploma preferred.

Responsibilities

• Model and promote Values Based Leadership and align with company Vision, Values, and Mission.
• Assist with routine inspections, maintenance, and cleaning of equipment.
• Assist with repairs as needed.
• Assist with equipment loading and unloading.
• Maintain equipment inventory systems according to SOPs.
• Keep yard and shop clean and safe, adhering to standards.
• Ensure company equipment is kept in good, clean condition.
• Follow safety policies and procedures and work hours.
• Assist with pulling will calls and customer orders for delivery.
• Receive, store, and manage incoming inventory shipments.
• Ensure inventory levels meet organizational needs and space is optimized.
