Job summary

Yard Personnel in Foothill Ranch, CA is seeking a reliable yard worker to perform a variety of tasks in a plant setting, keeping the yard orderly and safe. The role involves operating forklifts, moving aggregates, cleaning the loading area, and assisting in maintaining equipment and water recycling systems.

The Laborer will follow safety guidelines, lift 10–45 lbs, climb ladders, and work six days a week with potential overtime as required by production needs.

Qualifications

• Ability to manipulate controls and tools with precision.

Responsibilities

• Check, wash and perform minor repairs of equipment, plant, and other assets.
• Operate hydraulic lifting equipment such as forklifts and loaders.
• Load and unload materials and assist in yard maintenance.
• Follow safety rules and wear PPE.
• Lift 10-45 lbs and climb ladders as needed.
• Communicate with supervisor and coworkers about material usage and issues.
