Job summary

Rehrig Pacific Company in Minneapolis is seeking a Yard Driver to safely move equipment, perform yard moves, inspections, and paperwork in a fast-paced environment. You will collaborate with dispatch and plant management to keep operations running smoothly.

We offer competitive pay at $23/hour plus comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision and life insurance, paid time off and holidays, 401k/ESOP, profit sharing and tuition reimbursement. CDL training is available.

Qualifications

• CDL class A license preferred and clean driving record.
• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs during shift.
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
• Commitment to safety, teamwork and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Safely and efficiently make yard moves using company-owned vehicles.
• Complete truck inspections, yard checks, and required paperwork.
• Communicate equipment needs and repairs to management.
• Collaborate with dispatch, plant management, and site personnel.
• Load/unload trailers and operate forklifts (training provided).
• Maintain clean equipment and follow sanitation protocols.
